1. Items eligible for A/S: wheels, TSA lock, scale handle, handles (trolley, carry, side), etc.
2. Items not eligible for A/S: damage to the shell and aluminum frame, scratches, rivets, etc.
3. Free / Paid service: Free within the A/S warranty period (1 year)
   (however, partial charges may apply depending on the component)

1. The initial password is set to 000. Once changed, it cannot be recovered if forgotten, so please write it down and keep it in a safe place.
2. The TSA LOCK key is not provided, as it is intended for security inspections only.
3. Do not use organic solvents such as thinner, benzene, or gasoline when cleaning the surface.
4. After use, remove any moisture and store in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
5. Minor scratches may occur during the manufacturing process and do not qualify as a reason for return.
6. Slight movement or play in the T HANDLE is a product characteristic designed to absorb impact.
7. The zipper inside the main body is for A/S purposes only; please do not open it during use.
8. Due to the manufacturing process, fabric or vinyl may be caught between the body and rubber gaps.
9. This product is not waterproof, so please avoid leaving it exposed to rain.
10. The natural leather used on the handles may have scratches, wrinkles, or spots due to material characteristics, and will develop a natural patina over time with use.
11. Overpacking may cause deformation of the body or malfunction of the lock.
12. If damage occurs during baggage handling, please file a compensation claim with the airline or carrier within 7 days. Damage to the main body is not repairable, and compensation policies may vary by airline.
13. Excess baggage size and weight fees may vary depending on the airline.
14. During the packaging process, dust or threads may adhere due to static electricity; please wipe lightly before use.
15. Image colors may appear different depending on monitor settings.
